Hi, I’m Jennifer Sanchez! I’ve been a licensed aesthetician for seven years, and I’ve spent that entire time running my own solo practice. Along the way, I’ve made plenty of mistakes, learned some lessons the hard way, and figured out what I wish someone had taught me when I was first starting out.
I know how overwhelming it can feel coming out of school and realizing there’s still so much to learn once you’re on your own. Beyond running my own practice, I’ve also worked as an esthetic educator in a beauty school and have helped other estheticians build their skills, refine their techniques, and grow in their careers.
My approach to education is the same as my approach to skincare: it should be customized to the individual.
I’ve invested in courses expecting to walk away with so much new knowledge, only to leave with one or two useful takeaways. I know how frustrating it feels to spend your time and money on education that doesn't meet you where you are. That’s why my one-on-one training is tailored to your current skill set, experience, and goals. We focus on what you actually need to learn, so you can get the most out of your investment instead of paying to review information you already know.

My goal is simple: to help you become a more confident, knowledgeable, and intentional aesthetician without feeling like you have to figure everything out alone.
Not every aesthetician needs the same education, and your training shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. My one-on-one trainings are customized around your current skill set, experience, and goals, whether you're looking to refine a specific technique, expand your treatment offerings, or build confidence in an area of your practice. We’ll focus on what you actually need to learn, with personalized instruction and hands-on guidance designed to make your investment worthwhile. One-on-One Training Pricing
One-on-one trainings start at $850 and range up to $1,500, depending on the scope of the course. Pricing is based on the subject being taught, the length of the training, the amount of hands-on instruction involved, and the level of personalization required. Once we discuss your goals and what you'd like to learn, I'll provide a quote tailored to your training.
Scheduling & Payment
One-on-one trainings must be scheduled directly with me. Training days are typically held on Sundays, but I can accommodate other days and times when my schedule allows. Reach out to discuss your goals, preferred dates, and availability.
To reserve your training date, a 50% deposit is required to secure the time on my schedule. The remaining 50% is due the day before your training begins.

Art of Touch: Facial Massage Training
November 8 · 11 AM · Approximately 5–6 hours
Learn facial massage techniques with an emphasis on intentional touch, proper ergonomics, and movements you can confidently incorporate into your treatments.
Theory: Approximately 2.5 hours
Hands-on learning: Instructor demonstration and student practice

Holistic Esthetics Training

Explore holistic esthetics and learn how to incorporate a more holistic approach into your practice. This class combines foundational education with a full holistic facial walkthrough, from the treatment philosophy to the practical steps involved.

You don’t need years of experience to learn with me! My courses are available to licensed estheticians and cosmetologists, as well as students currently enrolled in school who hold the appropriate student permit. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience behind you, there are learning opportunities to help you strengthen your skills and continue growing in your career.

If you’d prefer to split your payment into installments through Klarna or Afterpay, you’ll need to pay the full course amount at the time of booking using one of those services. Your payment plan and installment schedule will then be handled through the provider, subject to its terms and approval.
